Hello. I'm Luke Knight, the founder of Knight Tales, and I'm flattered that you've clicked on this 'About' page, because that means you are interested in how this all started? If not, then by all means go and enjoy the blogs and videos, but if you are then here goes...

Knight Tales started in 2023, when the world was a bit different off the back of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Many of my friends had, by then, learned how to make their own banana bread, and fallen out with their loved ones from prolonged periods in their 'social bubbles'. Me on the other hand, I had spent 3 years disappearing down various history related rabbit holes; so when lockdown lifted I was ready to venture out and start recording videos about the places in Somerset that had fascinated me the most. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Knight Tales first started on TikTok before growing rapidly on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube from 2024. And its still growing, with more than 80,000 accounts following across all platforms. I never anticipated that. Three years, and dozens of videos later, and Knight Tales is entering a new phase. More public talks, more community involvement and better, longer videos that I hope will educate and entertain.
